BL Harbert International's Shop is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to support our construction operations by safely transporting heavy equipment, construction materials, and other miscellaneous items between project sites, jobsites, and company facilities.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, rollback trucks, and F-550 trucks.
- Transport heavy construction equipment, tools, materials, and miscellaneous construction-related items to and from project sites.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials in accordance with DOT and company safety requirements.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and in safe operating condition.
- Safely maneuver equipment and vehicles on construction sites and in varying jobsite conditions.
- Maintain accurate records related to vehicle inspections, mileage, deliveries, and equipment transportation.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, shop personnel, and field leadership regarding deliveries and transportation needs.
- Follow all company, project, DOT, and OSHA safety requirements.
- Be willing to travel and stay overnight as needed based on project requirements.
- Perform other transportation and shop-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions required.
- Previous experience operating tractor-trailers and transporting heavy equipment or construction materials.
- Experience operating rollback trucks and F-550 trucks preferred.
- Clean and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to safely secure and transport heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial vehicle operation.
- Ability to work independently and manage transportation assignments efficiently.
- Strong attention to safety, equipment security, and jobsite awareness.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and travel, including overnight stays, as project needs require.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
