Job Duties

Load, unload, and move construction materials
Assist with excavation, trenching, and backfilling
Support equipment operators and skilled trades
Operate forklifts or other equipment under supervision
Set up, clean, and maintain job sites
Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
Work as part of a team to keep jobs moving
Requirements

Ability to perform physical work outdoors
Lift up to 50 lbs and work on uneven surfaces
Willing to work long hours, weekends, and overtime
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus
Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with a crew
Willing to travel to job sites
