Key Responsibilities
Finish and smooth concrete using hand and power tools
Apply sealants, coatings, and decorative finishes
Operate and maintain finishing equipment (power trowels, edgers, brooms)
Monitor quality throughout the finishing process
Work with construction teams to meet schedules
Follow all safety procedures
Assist with material handling and other assigned duties


Requirements
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, tools, and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)


Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in varying weather conditions
