Light Equipment Operators for active commercial construction sites in Nashville and surrounding areas. If you have experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment, we want you on our team! What You Can Expect Local, consistent work in the Nashville area Competitive pay based on your experience Reliable, full-time hours Safe, organized job sites with steady projects Opportunities to grow your career and skillset Key Responsibilities Operate various light construction equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors, forklifts, and buck hoists Move, load/unload dirt and materials, perform grading, digging, and lifting tasks Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed Follow established safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment Work efficiently under general supervision while maintaining productivity and safety standards
Qualifications Prior experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment required Familiarity with general construction site operations and safety procedures Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections Safety-conscious, reliable, and ready to work
