Project Executive or Senior Project Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
- Supervises all direct responsibilities of the Assistant Superintendent(s), Mechanical QC Manager, Foreman, and craft labor.
- Supervises the project's construction process.
- Supervising the projects logistics.
- Supervises the coordination of material deliveries.
- Ensures all project team members are knowledgeable and engaged in project safety standards.
- Assists the Project Manager with generation Site Accident Prevention Plan and Safety Program Management Binder.
- Ensures the project cleanliness is maintained at a high level.
- Maintains safety training matrix for all salary and hourly workers on the project, and oversees completion of any required safety training for workers.
- Schedule development, management, and reporting with Project Manager.
- Project progress, quantity and productivity reporting.
- Assist project manager in generation of labor and production plan for execution of work in accordance with project schedule.
- Ensure day-to-day work production output is sufficient for compliance with project schedule.
- Facilitate hiring and termination of all project craft labor. Ensure as-built documentation is up-to-date to reflect the built condition.
- Generate daily project documentation, including BLHI daily reports, subcontractor daily reports, and daily progress photos.
- Ensures the project cleanliness is maintained at a high level
- Participate in all required project meetings, including superintendents meetings and project team staff meetings.
- Lead preconstruction meetings for all definable features of work.
- Plan and construct all work in compliance with all requirements of the contract documents.
- Aid the Project Manager in cost control and reporting.
- Aid the Project Manager in job photos and progress documentation.
- Enforce subcontractor risk management parameters established by Project Leadership.
- Serve as the project team's technical advisor.
- Aid in the planning of a project during the pre-construction phase.
- Aid in dispute resolution.
