Position Summary:
The Report/Data Analyst position will combine the expertise of data reporting with essential data engineering responsibilities, ensuring the integrity, transformation, and accessibility of data for critical business insights. This position will work extensively with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake and be proficient in ETL processes and data cleaning techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data using tools like Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, transformation, and normalization processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and refine data solutions.
- Apply data governance, security, and best practices across reporting and data engineering efforts.
- Leverage knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and SCRUM methodology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, or other data processing frameworks.
- Prior experience working in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce industries.
- Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
