TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Senior Qualification Test Engineer position.

Description/Duties:

The Senior Qualification Test Engineer's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for designing and executing Qualification test plans to validate the functionality and quality of complex Army missile systems.
- Lead and support component, subsystem, and system-level qualification testing; test types may include Environmental, EMI/EMC, Safety, Human Factors, Live Fire.
- Evaluate systems to ensure they meet military standards (MIL-STD).
- Identify potential weapon system issues and defects by performing tests on the system's features.
- Report findings to ensure the final product meets specifications, working closely with development teams across the product lifecycle.
- This position involves physically climbing on top of military vehicles and weapon systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret security clearance.
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in an associated field.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience with test and evaluation. This includes 2 years of necessary experience in weapon system qualification testing.
- Ability to travel (25%) is required.
