Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our construction projects and ensure that they are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for coordinating activities on-site, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Please note: This job requires the ability to gain access to a secure site. Badging and background screening is required.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while adhering to deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate subcontractors and labor resources effectively to optimize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.

Skills

- Proficient in budgeting techniques and financial oversight for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam is preferred.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Experience Required
3 years:
Minimum 3 years Form Carpenter experience
