Summary: Works alongside foodservice distributor sales employees as the beverage expert to grow Red Diamond sales, gross profit, coffee pounds and control expenditures. Effectively plans and executes sales presentations to existing or prospective customers as the Red Diamond representative. Reviews market analysis to determines customer needs, volume potential, price schedule, and discount rates. Develop sales campaigns. Participate in key sales situations for the company. Works food shows to demonstrate product. Conducts local DSR product training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of sales practices and principles.
- Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of business math.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines.
- Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software including MicroSoft Office products.
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related degree (a Sales/Marketing degree or concentration, preferred). Job-related food/beverage distributor sales experience, preferred.
