Responsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to support the senior management of the Field Operations department. Below are the main responsibilities for this position. Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Provide administrative office support to the General Superintendents
- Assist with travel arrangements for Field Operations senior management
- Maintain a database of confidential and critical financial assets for Field Operation Management
- Serve as Mobile Device Coordinator and process other IT equipment request
- Maintain resource management databases
- Assist with development of re-occurring meeting material for Field Operations Senior Management
- Act as a resource for Project Teams on certain company policies and procedures
- Understand the hiring process and help with the onboarding of new employees
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed correctly and submitted timely for new field employees
- Assist JSA Coordinators and Job Site Assistants on all hiring related matters as needed
- Assist with large hiring events as needed
- Act as liaison between Field Operations, Employment, and other company departments
- Develop and compile agenda and data for JSA Coordinator/Ops. Assistant meetings
- Assist with weekly payroll reporting Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have practical knowledge of clerical functions such as typing, filing and answering phones
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong work ethic
