The Senior Project Manager provides exceptional planning and execution of projects to meet and, whenever possible, exceed client expectations. He/she leads in the achievement of all profit, time, quality and customer satisfaction objectives on a project through excellent communication, efficiency and self-motivation.

Establish profit, time objectives and Project Status Reports
Review and approve final estimates and budgets for projects.
Manage and report on projects and portfolios.
Track and manage cost reporting of local jobsite accounts and field purchase orders.
Evaluate and interpret all contract documents.
Collaboratively create project plans.
Manage trade partners through trusting relationships.
Transparently report on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise.

Manage owner purchase order system and owner-controlled insurance.
Provide guidance and assistance to team members; mentor assistant project managers, field engineers, project engineers and college co-op/interns

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience as a project manager
Ability to establish professional, trusting and meaningful relationships with the entire project team.
Ability to manage independent project up to $75M or larger.
