Oral Arts is a full-service family owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and have an immediate need for a Manufacturing Technician.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Direct administration and support of CADCAM equipment including but not limited to
- 3D Printers
- Milling machines
- Scanners
- PCs
- Direct administration and support of CADCAM software operations including but not limited to
- 3shape
- Exocad
- Nesting software
- IOS software
- CADCAM R&D for new technologies including but not limited to:
- 3shape configuration and updates
- Emerging technologies
- 3D printing
- Milling
- Furnaces
- Software
- Validation and documentation of new / repaired production equipment installed in the Laboratory.
- Maintains production equipment repair logs with root cause of failures, corrective actions and preventative actions as required.
- Documenting and renewing of all licenses related to CADCAM via Sysaid.
- Responsible for resolving any/all tickets and requests from our ticketing system related to production equipment and software.
- Maintains asset tags and information related to CADCAM in conjunction with support staff.
- Supports planning for production efficiency improvements and production increases.
- Supports production in development of SOP documents and forms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required experience:
- 2 or more years’ experience working with related equipment and software. Dental lab technician experience preferred.
- Must have organizational, operational, project management, problem solving, process improvement, software maintenance, and software testing capabilities.
- Must be a current Oral Arts employee.
