Your Mission
Interprets applicable standards, specifications, and processes
Develops, maintains, qualifies, and recommends changes to NDT processes
Audits another NDT inspector’s work
Provides guidance to lower-level NDT inspectors
Develops and analyzes reports, non-conformances, techniques, etc.
Participates in corrective and preventive actions
Ensures inspection, test, and evaluation is accomplished in a manner that ensures the product is compliant to the applicable documentation and standard
Capable of managing workload to meet schedule of assigned tasks
Supports internal and external audits
Ability to climb ladders, operate a scissor lift, and work in tight spaces
Willing to work overtime
Maintain required certifications

Your Story
ANST NDT Level III Certification
Experience working within a government contract environment and/or to military and NASA requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with composite structures, fabrication processes, and product applicability
Proficient operation of an OmniScan and BondMaster
Can practically demonstrate and explain techniques, analyze reports, and report the outcome
High school diploma
5 plus years’ experience within a manufacturing environment with composite structures
Able to read and comprehend engineering drawings, traveler operations, and manufacturing work instructions
Knowledge of AS9100D
Leadership and training experience favorable
Associate Degree or Certificate Completion related to materials and/or technology
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Automatic NDI or other NDI equipment programming experience
Work for or with a multi-national company (MNC)
Ability to work in cross functional team and international settings
Ability to work autonomously or in a team, prioritize requirements, and work in a goals-oriented manner.
