NTA is seeking a talented and motivated Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with GPS receivers and an understanding of GNSS signals and systems is desired. The applicant should be work well on individual tasks and with a team. The position will be required to participate in a wide breadth of tasks to ensure project success. As our engineers work closely with customers, effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
5 or more years of experience

Required: Understanding of GNSS associated with position, navigation, and timing principles
Engineering experience with complex highly integrated systems
Basic understanding of RF propagation
Strong attention to detail in both personal work and the thorough review of others' work to ensure accuracy and quality
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer and team
Proficiency in a modern programming language, with hands-on experience in coding and software development
Skilled in conducting data analysis using Python, Octave, or MATLAB on GNC data derived from platforms or hardware under evaluation.

Desired: Experience with Hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) simulation
Familiarity with Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas (CRPA) and GPS Anti-Jam
Familiarity with integrated GPS/Inertial navigation systems

Applicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required
