Campaign Management Lead Overview: The Campaign Management Lead will oversee the end-to-end platform experience between email and text campaigns along with the monitoring of website analytics as a unifying experience across our marketing channels. This will involve the development, implementation, and optimization of all Airship marketing and communication campaigns and provide Google website analytics for the Key Family of Companies.
Campaign Management Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business units to define the strategy and objectives for Airship campaigns.
- Design and build comprehensive Airship campaigns that align with company goals, target audiences, and customer journeys.
- Stay informed of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in mobile marketing and push notification strategies.
- Manage end-to-end Airship campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email campaigns.
- Ensure campaign deployment schedules are adhered to and maintain timely delivery across all channels.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the Airship platform to ensure optimal performance, and address any issues related to campaign execution.
- A/B test messaging, frequency, and other variables to maximize engagement.
- Analyze the performance of Airship campaigns, generating insights from key metrics such as open rates, website click traffic from campaigns, click-through rates, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Provide detailed campaign reports, with actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Monitor trends and optimize campaigns based on the need to incorporate all possible data points including but not limited to Airship, inbound phone and website performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, copywriting, analytics) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign objectives, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on using the Airship platform effectively.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in mobile and digital marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness through automation and segmentation.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience using the Airship campaign management platform.
- Proven track record of building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance metrics and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with mobile marketing technologies and trends.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of other campaign management platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and SQL for reporting purposes.
