Job descriptions:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our facility during their assigned shift. They will work closely with other members of the engineering team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to resolve issues
- Coordinate with other members of the engineering team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- DC 3rd refrigeration license required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
