Experienced Dental Lab Technician

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 6 months experience in denture set-up. Skilled in working with small tools and delicate materials to craft dentures with fine detail.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow and interpret dentist prescriptions accurately.
- Denture Setup: Assemble full and partial dentures by arranging artificial teeth in wax and other materials according to the dentist's instructions and design.
- Wax Modeling: Construct wax models for patient dentures, adjusting them as needed based on feedback to ensure comfort and functionality.
- Aesthetic Adjustments: Ensure dentures are visually appealing by precisely matching tooth color, shape, and size to the patient’s natural teeth or specifications.
- Functional Adjustments: Modify dentures to achieve proper bite alignment, comfort, and functionality.
- Processing & Finishing: Process dentures through curing, finishing, and polishing techniques to produce a durable and high-quality final product.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect all completed dentures to ensure accuracy, durability, and adherence to quality standards before they are sent to the dental office.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools, materials, and equipment clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Deliver consistent and reliable work performance.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs regularly.
